Return & Refund Policy  

At Mayra London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges. 

1. Return Window We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order arrives. Once 14 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or an exchange.

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility To qualify for a return or exchange, your product must meet the following criteria: 

  • The item must be New only completely unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • Accompanied by all original tags and packaging.
  • Supported by a valid receipt or order confirmation. 

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange Please email our customer support team at 
info@mayralondon.com to begin the process. 

  • Important: Do not send items back before receiving formal approval. Parcels arriving 
    without prior authorization will not be processed.
  • Return Method: All returns must be sent By Post.
  • Shipping Responsibility: Return shipping labels and costs are the customer's 
    responsibility, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We 
    highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee 
    receipt of returned items. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fees: We charge No Cost for restocking fees.

4. Exchanges We gladly accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective items 
within our standard 14-day window. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or alternative product, note this in your email to info@mayralondon.com. Once we receive and inspect your original item, your replacement will be processed and shipped to you.

5. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@mayralondon.com so we can assess the situation and resolve it for you promptly. 

6. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene, safety, and practical reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods, personal care items, beauty products, hazardous materials, or 
    flammable liquids.
  • Personalised or made-to-order products.
  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted rate.
  • Gift cards and vouchers.

7. Refund Processing Time Once your returned item reaches us, our team will inspect it. If your refund is approved, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time to reflect the transaction on your statement. If 15 business days have passed since our approval and you have not received your funds, please email info@mayralondon.com.
